At Worth it, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 7 days of delivery. Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Specify whether you want a refund or exchange
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
